Projects, Events, Editorial, Graphic Design, Team Building, & More...
Throughout the years I have had the privilege to work alongside numerous startup companies that allowed me to be involved in numerous aspects of creativity. Ranging from being the creative director for a clothing line, setting up a social media page for a local business, organizing and selling Team Building events, or Guerilla Marketing; my experience is very broad in Marketing & Promotions.
Below is a sample of some graphic design, event promotions, marketing campaigns, creative direction, and more that I have worked on. (Note: updates will occur periodically, please keep checking back!)

"This app is awesome. Honestly I don’t understand Sony…. You can spend time and money doing an app like this for a 2 day event, but we are still struggling about devnet on the road. What are they waiting for to invest this team in doing an iOS and Android Devnet app??? THAT would be super useful!" -User at Ubisoft
At Orchard Supply Hardware corporate headquarters, I was responsible for supporting 41 stores throughout Northern California and Oregon with their marketing and community outreach efforts. The Neighbors Helping Neighbors program was sparked by the President of Orchard Supply Hardware, Richard Maltsberger. The purpose of the program is for each Orchard Supply Hardware store to get involved with their local communities by providing tools, knowledge, and materials needed for projects through donations. I was tasked with many roles including managin

Element Case was a great stepping stone in my
career as I was able to assist in various departments. I first started out in
the Customer Service department and was responsible for cleaning up the email
inbox, responding to customer requests, warranty issues, and your typical
day-to-day operations in a typical customer service department. Granted
customer service is a strong point of mine, it is not where my heart lied. I
wanted to get more involved in marketing and concept design. Below are some examples that I sparked ideas for and led on the creative
direction.
With Girl Powder I was a consultant for their marketing projects, design concepts, product & samples management, and catalog production.
About:
GIRL POWDER is more than a brand, we are a lifestyle. We are the community for active girls, GIRL POWDER advocates strength, empowerment and awareness of women.
Mission:
"We are more than brand, we are a lifestyle for the active female."
Company Overview:
GIRL POWDER is more than a brand, we are a life-style. In 2002, Girl Powder began as an online ride-share message board for women to connect with one another to gain safer passageways to the mountains in Lake Tahoe. Winter after winter, girls used the ride-share message board to get to the slopes to ski and snowboard. Soon the catchy name, GIRL POWDER, naturally branded itself throughout Northern California reflecting GIRL P-O-W-E-R, uniting and empowering many ski and snowboard girls. Today, GIRL POWDER still stands strongly on its philanthropic roots further advancing from the days of a ride-share message board. Home to a growing world-wide community of women that love the active life-style, we advocate strength, empowerment and awareness of women through our complete line of products.

GIRL POWDER graphic design and marketing project: Queen Of The Park is an annual ski & snowboard competition for female athletes world wide. Ranging from Amatuer to Professional level, this day out has created some great hype amongst the action sport community. I was the lead graphic designer for this flyer and also assisted in various tasks for the event itself ranging from marketing to event coordination.
Intense Sport Magazine (aka "ISM") was a great experience for me as I got my first break to become a journalist and really get a chance to contribute to a growing magazine. The journey that created California’s largest action sport magazine to date, began with less than $10,000 and young man (Jack Dugan) with a burning fire within to succeed. With a portion of my assistance, Jack and I produced an estimated $250,000 in advertising sales and over 240,000 publications within our first year.
In the beginning, ISM was a bi-monthly regional action sport publication. After four issues, ISM began publishing monthly. Within two years, the two separate “North” and “South” magazines comprised more than 100 pages per month. A monthly shopper/trader was also launched in Northern California, distributed through ISM North.
The business totaled three publications across California and several West Coast cities, reaching 50,000 copies in circulation each month. National advertisers included: Progressive Insurance, The National Guard, Red Bull Energy Drinks, Dew Tour/NBC Sports, Clear Channel Entertainment and more
